Representations to the planning authority can be made once an application is formally submitted.

Next Steps
The proposals will now be finalised, and it is intended that an application for Planning Permission will be submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council later this year.
A Pre-Application Consultation (‘PAC’) Report will set out the feedback received and how this has influenced the final proposals. The PAC report will be submitted with the planning application.
Please note, any comments made during the pre-application consultation period were to the prospective applicant and were not comments to the Planning Authority.
Once a formal planning application is submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposals to the Planning Authority.
